Post-session analysis runs a three-pass pipeline. Pass one segments the transcript by topic using a topic-boundary detection model. Pass two extracts key moments by scoring each segment on signal density, sentiment variance, and information content. Pass three generates the executive summary and next-step recommendations using a long-context language model conditioned on the extracted data.
