While you talk, Tonvo transcribes the conversation. When the session ends, an AI model reads the transcript and writes a summary: the overall tone, what went well, what to improve and follow-up actions. The text of the session is kept so you can open it again from your history. Summaries are generated from text, so they can miss things, especially if the transcript was unclear.

Transcription comes from AssemblyAI and the summary is written by an AI model from Anthropic. The summary is an aid, not a verbatim record, and it can contain mistakes.
